電纜外護套分析儀性(xing)能:地(di)(di)埋(mai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)外護(hu)(hu)(hu)套故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的測(ce)(ce)尋,同電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力(li)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)探測(ce)(ce)一(yi)(yi)樣,一(yi)(yi)般要(yao)(yao)經過“初測(ce)(ce)”和(he)“定點”二個(ge)步驟(zou),有時甚至還(huan)需要(yao)(yao)查(cha)找電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)路徑。外護(hu)(hu)(hu)套接(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的初測(ce)(ce)(測(ce)(ce)距(ju))一(yi)(yi)般采用壓(ya)降法(fa)和(he)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋法(fa)測(ce)(ce)試。由于電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)橋法(fa)測(ce)(ce)試有局限性(xing),不能測(ce)(ce)試多(duo)點接(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),也不能測(ce)(ce)試三相電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)鏈式(shi)接(jie)地(di)(di)連線的故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)。本儀(yi)器是針對外護(hu)(hu)(hu)套故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的特點,采用壓(ya)降法(fa)初測(ce)(ce)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)外護(hu)(hu)(hu)套的接(jie)地(di)(di)故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang),再用跨(kua)步電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓(ya)法(fa)精確(que)查(cha)找故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)點。儀(yi)器用于交聯電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)的外護(hu)(hu)(hu)套故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)探測(ce)(ce);也可用于地(di)(di)埋(mai)線和(he)全塑線(無金屬護(hu)(hu)(hu)層電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan))故(gu)(gu)障(zhang)(zhang)(zhang)的探測(ce)(ce);還(huan)可用作電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)纜(lan)(lan)外護(hu)(hu)(hu)套直(zhi)流(liu)泄(xie)漏試驗(yan)。
電纜外護套分析儀電壓調節及工作方式切(qie)換注意事項:
1、根(gen)據(ju)將要進行的測試(shi)類(lei)型選擇正確的工作方式。
進行(xing)泄漏(lou)測(ce)試將工(gong)作方(fang)式撥到“泄漏(lou)測(ce)試”;
進(jin)行外護套(tao)故障距(ju)離初測(ce)將工作方式撥到(dao)“DC1或(huo)DC2、DC3等”;
進行外護套(tao)故(gu)障(zhang)定點測試將工(gong)作方式撥到(dao)“AC1或AC2、AC3等(deng)”
2、工作方式切換時,先(xian)斷(duan)開電源(yuan)30秒以上;
3、電(dian)壓調節可以控制輸出(chu)電(dian)壓和輸出(chu)電(dian)流的(de)(de)大(da)小幅度,當升高電(dian)壓時,在(zai)負載一定的(de)(de)情況下,輸出(chu)的(de)(de)電(dian)流也會隨之增大(da);
4、開(kai)機順序:
①按照將(jiang)要進行的試驗進行連線;
②選擇(ze)工作方式;
③將電(dian)壓調節幅度旋鈕逆(ni)時針旋到小;
④打開電源;
⑤逐步升(sheng)高試驗電壓。
